If you aren’t a Hulu subscriber yet, there’s a new Hulu Black Friday deal that will save you a lot of money over the next year. New subscribers can sign up for the ad-supported Hulu tier for just $1.99/month for the first year, which will then become $5.99/month when the promotion ends.

According to the company’s announcement, the Hulu Black Friday deal begins at 12:00 am PT on Thanksgiving (11/28) and will last through 11:59 pm PT Cyber Monday (12/2). Interested streamers can sign up to get the promotional price at signup.hulu.com.

Traveling over the holidays can be brutal, and if you’re planning on heading out this year, it won’t hurt to have Hulu to fall back on if you hit delays. You can pair that $1.99/month deal with a new Fire HD 8 for $49 today on Amazon, and you’ll be good to go this holiday traveling season.

The $1.99/month promotion is for the Hulu ad-supported tier, but Hulu also offers an ad-free tier at $11.99/month. This gets interesting when you bundle Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+, which costs $12.99/month. You can essentially get all three services together for just a dollar more. Even baby Yoda will smile at that deal. If you’re interested in the bundle, you have to have Hulu first, then sign up for the Disney+ bundle using the same email address. After that, you can enjoy thousands of new and older shows and movies, along with Hulu Originals like “The Act,” “Marvel’s Runaways,” “Shrill,” “Dollface,” “Looking for Alaska,” and “The Handmaid’s Tale. “The platform is launching the live-action Marvel series “Helstrom,” and the four Marvel animated series “Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K,” “Marvel’s Hit-Monkey,” “Marvel’s Tigra & Dazzler Show,” and “Marvel’s Howard the Duck.” Those four animated shows will introduce each character throughout 2020, then they will join forces in a special event called “Marvel’s The Offenders.”
