Supernatural Final Season

‘Supernatural’ Marathon Scheduled for Halloween This Year

Most Halloween plans are in the twilight hours, leading up to a terrible hangover the next morning. The daytime is filled with a lot of waiting around, and sometimes working. If you’re off and need to spend a few hours away from the world, TNT is hosting a “Supernatural” marathon. The nine-hour “Supernatural” marathon starts at 10:00 a.m. and runs through 7:00 p.m., so you can get dinner and spend hours perfecting your Scoops A’hoy costume. The binging session spans six seasons and offers several fan-favorite episodes that are perfect for the haunted holiday.

You don’t have to be a longtime fan of the show to jump into the marathon, and you can consider this your crash course in the Winchester boys. In the series, Sam Winchester (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) lost their mother to a mysterious and demonic supernatural force twenty-six years ago. Subsequently, their father, John, raised them to be soldiers. He taught them about the paranormal evil that lives in the dark corners and on the back roads of America … and he taught them how to kill it.

The network released a promotional trailer on social media, and fans of the show can watch that video below. If you need more content to snack on leading up to Halloween, you can check out Prime Video, Hulu, and IMDbTV, because all three platforms are hosting free Halloween-inspired hubs filled with streamable movies and shows.

Sadly, “Supernatural” is coming to an end after Season 15, and the last season started on October 15th. Fans get one more season with the Winchester clan, but the Halloween marathons will probably continue for years to come. The network celebrated the show’s ending at San Diego Comic-Con this year and talked about the show’s greatest moments, and how special the series was to the cast and crew.
