The Logitech G brand is the home of Lightspeed wireless gaming tech, and the line added a new mouse model with a lot of thumb-buttons for customization. The Logitech G604 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Mouse offers extensive battery life, six thumb-buttons, two primary switches, and both Lightspeed and Bluetooth connectivity options.

“If you’re into games such as Fortnite and WoW Classic, then this just might be the mouse you’re looking for,” said Ujesh Desai, vice president and general manager of Logitech Gaming. “The G604 LIGHTSPEED was designed to have six thumb buttons, so you can play at your best, and fly through actions and tasks in a heartbeat, giving you complete control. When you combine this with our LIGHTSPEED Wireless technology you get freedom of movement to take your game even farther.”

The G604 Lightspeed Wireless technology gives players lag-free connectivity without the wires. This model also features the popular Logitech G High Efficiency Rated Optical (HERO) 16K Sensor, which offers precise gameplay and improved power efficiency with zero smoothing, filtering or acceleration. As I mentioned earlier, the new model can switch beween Lightspeed and Bluetooth connection, and you can toggle between them with a push of a button. This also means that you could easily toggle between two different machines with one mouse. The other bonus is that you can use Bluetooth for when you use the mouse for daily web browsing and office work, then switch to Lightspeed tech when you game for lag-free gaming. Depending on how much you game, this could save your weeks, or months, of battery life. The new model offers 240 hours of high-performance wireless gaming when using Lightspeed Wireless, and up to 5.5 months using Bluetooth, all on one AA battery. The customizable G604 features 15 programmable controls, a dual-mode hyper-fast scroll wheel and the six-pack of thumb buttons I mentioned earlier.

Logiteech put together a promotional video to tease the new mouse, which you can watch below.
