The new AppleTV+ series “Dickinson” dropped a first look trailer on Monday afternoon. Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld stars as the 19th-century poet, and the show is one of Apple’s first dramatic-comedy series. Jane Krakowski also stars in the series, playing Dickinson’s mother. The trailer features the song “I Like Tuh” by Carnage & iLoveMakonnen, and fans of the young actor can watch the first official trailer below.

Alena Smith created the series for Apple, and the company’s official description reads, “Dickinson audaciously explores the constraints of society, gender, and family from the perspective of rebellious young poet Emily Dickinson.” The show also stars Toby Huss, Anna Baryshnikov, Ella Hunt, and Adrian Blake Enscoe.

Apple didn’t confirm a premiere date for the new show at this time, but the dramatic-comedy is expected to launch this Fall on the AppleTV+ service. At least you won’t have to wait that long to watch the premiere episode.

Another series scheduled to premiere on AppleTV+ is the Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon drama “The Morning Show.” Apple described that series adding, “What happens when the people you trust to tell the truth prove themselves to be dishonest? The Morning Show follows the free fall of an early morning newscast in the wake of a scandal, and its struggle to survive in an era when news arrives in the palm of your hand.”

Hailee Steinfeld recently voiced Gwen Stacey for the animated-comedy “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse,” alongside Shameik Moore, Jake Johnson, Mahershala Ali, Lily Tomlin, Zoe Kravitz, and Brian Tyree Henry. She also starred in Travis Knight’s “Bumblebee” that same year with John Cena, and in Trish Sie’s “Pitch Perfect 3” the year before with Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, and Brittany Snow.

The show will be available on AppleTV+, or through the AppleTV app on iOS.
