The creator of “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” hinting at Sabrina’s next move during this year’s TCA event. If you haven’t caught up on the show yet, take a break and watch the rest of the second season, because Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa outlined some key plot points that will ruin the surprise.

If you are all caught up on the dark deeds, you’re probably still wondering about Sabrina’s boyfriend, who died and apparently went straight to Hell. The show’s creator, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, confirmed that Sabrina is headed to the fiery Labyrinth in the new season, presumably to get her man back.

The journey to Hell shouldn’t be a complete surprise for viewers since Sabrina said she was headed there during the second season’s closing moments. With Sabrina going to Hell to save Nick, it does make us wonder if Harvey is just out of the love-triangle entirely. Either way, Sabrina and Nick’s reunion is probably going to be awkward if Harvey is just standing there on the sidelines.

Unfortunately, Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa didn’t tease a premiere date at the event, something that fans have been waiting for since the ending of Season 2. With October just a few months away, it seems unlikely that we will get a premiere before Halloween. Sabrina is a perfect show to stream around the spooktacular holiday, but it looks like the show won’t be ready this time around.

The creator told TheWrap at the event, ” “I think it’s safe to say that we are going to Hell, yes. We’re going to Hell. It’s very fun. It’s very fun. It’s dangerous, but it’s really fun.” He also added, “I don’t think we’d be ready for Halloween. I have no idea, not a clue. We are writing Episode 8, we are starting to shoot Episode 6, so we’re nearing the halfway mark. And that’s been going great. I’m really proud of those episodes. They’re really, really fun.”

We learned at TCA this week that The CW is going to have a crossover special with “Riverdale” and “Katy Keene,” the new spinoff with Lucy Hale. Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa didn’t confirm or deny a crossover between “Riverdale” and “The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina,” but the company didn’t make any mention of it this week.

“The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” stars Kiernan Shipka, Miranda Otto, Lucy Davis, Ross Lynch, Michelle Gomez, Chance Perdomo, Jaz Sinclair, Richard Coyle, Tati Gabrielle, Adeline Rudolph, Abigail Cowen, Lachlan Watson, Bronson Pinchot, and Gavin Leatherwood. The show tells the origin of the Teenage Witch through a dark coming-of-age story. Sabrina often wrestles with her half-witch, half-mortal being, while also dealing with the mortals she calls her friends.
