Cartoon Network has several new series to promote at Comic-Con this year, and the network is hosting events across the four-day weekend to celebrate with fans. There will be panels for “Steven Universe” and the brand-new series “Infinity Train,” and updates on “Victor and Valentino,” “Mao Mao, Heroes of Pure Heart,” “The Fungies,” “Summer Camp Island,” and more.

The main focus this year is “Steven Universe The Movie,” which is scheduled to hit theaters this fall. Fans can step onto the official Beach City stage and sing along to their favorite show-tunes at this year’s event, which takes place between July 18th and July 21st. The Steven Universe booth will feature Crystal Gems and karaoke and musical performances, as well as special ticketed events throughout the weekend. There’s also an official Steven Universe costume contest, guest appearances, cast signings, and other activities. Creator Rebecca Sugar and the Steven Universe family are gathering on July 19th to debut the official trailer for “Steven Universe The Movie,” which will be revealed at the panel.

As we mentioned earlier, the new series “Infinity Train” is making its Comic-Con debut this year. Fans can catch the panel on July 20th and celebrate with creator Owen Dennis and cast members Ashley Johnson, Ernie Hudson, and Jeremy Crutchley.

The first panel, on July 19th, focuses on Cartoon Network Studios originals, going by the name “Cartoon Network First Look.” Conrad Montgomery, Senior Director Current Series, will be on hand to deliver updates and info on the big shows. Joining him are Tiffany Ford from “Craig of the Creek,” Parker Simmons from “Mao Mao, Heroes of Pure Heart,” Diego Molano from “Victor and Valentino,” Niki Yang from “Summer Camp Island” and Stephen P. Neary from “The Fungies.”

The “Steven Universe” panel is the same day, moderated by Shelby Rabara and featuring Estelle (Garnet), Michaela Dietz (Amethyst), Deedee Magno Hall (Pearl) and series creator Rebecca Sugar. The panel has your “The Battle of Heart and Mind” answers ready, and the group will perform new songs and present the worldwide debut of the official trailer.

On July 20th, fans can catch the “Infinity Train” panel. The event will present the show to fans with cast members Ashley Johnson (Tulip), Jeremy Crutchley (Glad-One), Ernie Hudson (Atticus), Madeline Queripel (supervising director) and Owen Dennis (series creator and voice of Sad-One).

The big events to look for this year include a “Her Universe Fashion Show,” Steven Universe trivia, autograph signings, and costume contests. Many of the events are kid-friendly, and you can grab more info from the official Steven Universe booth at the event.
