Whether you prefer your gaming mouse to be wired or wireless, Logitech offers some of the best options in the business. Logitech Lightspeed allows players to cut the cords without adding any lag, all while providing pinpoint accuracy and fantastic battery life. The Lightspeed models often include a wide array of customization options, controlled through Logitech’s lightweight software that allows players to store and create their macros and profiles. While more expensive than the standard models, the Logitech Lightspeed line is one of the most popular, and the company introduced three new HERO models this week, including a wired mouse for the traditionalists.

During the E3 Expo this weekend, Logitech previewed three new mice with the company’s HERO (High Efficiency Rated Optical) 16K sensor. The new additions to the HERO line-up include the Logitech G903 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse; the Logitech G703 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Mouse; and the Logitech G403 HERO Gaming Mouse.

“Since its introduction, our exclusive HERO sensor has been a breakthrough in sensor technology, and people love it,” said Ujesh Desai, vice president and general manager of Logitech Gaming. “Rolling this out across more of our gaming mice just made sense, and we’re excited to offer more gamers the accuracy and battery life needed to perform at their best.”

Logitech upgraded the flagship G903 with the HERO 16K sensor, offering 10x the power efficiency of the previous generation. The upgrade results in an incredible 140 hours of battery while running wirelessly. The G903 also includes the Lightspeed wireless tech and 16.8M Lightsync RGB compatibility. The model features an ambidextrous design and up to 11 programmable buttons for custom gameplay.

The G703 also offers the HERO 16K sensor and was designed with a lower overall weight, down to 95g this time around. The battery life lasts up to 35 hours on a single charge, and the device comes with the same Lightspeed wireless tech as the G903. According to the company, users can enjoy gameplay at 16,000 max DPI with zero smoothing.

The G403 HERO is a wired option equipped with the same HERO sensor. The G403 was designed to be lightweight and features Lightsync RGB and a 10g removable weight. This model features six programmable buttons.

All three gaming mice can be customized using Logitech’s G HUB advanced gaming software. The software allows gamers to quickly personalize their gear per game, share and download profiles with others and more. As with the other Lightsync models on the market, these options are compatible with Logitech G’s Powerplay Wireless Charging System. The Logitech G903 ships for $149; the Logitech G703 ships for $99; and the G403 ships for $69.
