Earlier this month, Netflix confirmed the premiere date for “Black Mirror: Season 5” on Tuesday morning. The new season only has three episodes, but they do feature quite a few stars, and now we know the extended cast and the episode titles.

Episode one is titled “Smithereens” and follows a cab driver with an agenda. The episode features Andrew Scott, Damson Idris, and Topher Grace.

The second episode is called “Rachel, Jack and Ashley, Too” and features Miley Cyrus, Angourie Rice, and Madison Davenport. In this story, a lonely teenager yearns to connect with her favorite pop star – whose charmed existence isn’t quite as rosy it appears.

Striking Vipers” is the name of the third and final episode of the season. In this episode, two estranged college friends reunite in later life, triggering a series of events that could alter their lives forever. This episode features Anthony Mackie, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Nicole Beharie, Pom Klementieff, and Ludi Lin.

Netflix describes “Black Mirror” as “an anthology series that taps into our collective unease with the modern world, with each stand-alone episode a sharp, suspenseful tale exploring themes of contemporary techno-paranoia leading to an unforgettable – and sometimes unsettling – conclusion.” The platform continues, “Without questioning it, technology has transformed all aspects of our lives; in every home; on every desk; in every palm – a plasma screen; a monitor; a Smartphone – a Black Mirror reflecting our 21st Century existence back at us.”

The three teaser trailers that were released today can be seen below.

The series is created and written by Charlie Brooker, and executive produced by Brooker and Annabel Jones.

Fans of the show can set a reminder to catch the new episodes on June 5th on Netflix.
