Netflix picked up the global rights to Dean Craig’s “Love. Wedding. Repeat,” a romantic comedy starring Sam Claflin, Olivia Munn, Eleanor Tomlinson, Joel Fry, Jack Farthing, Tim Key, Allan Mustafa, Aisling Bea, and Freida Pinto.

Netflix described the movie adding, “In this innovative romantic comedy about the power of chance, three alternate versions of the same wedding unfold as Jack (Sam Claflin) tries to make sure his little sister has the perfect wedding day. But he’ll have to juggle an angry ex-girlfriend, an uninvited guest with a secret, a misplaced sleeping pill, and unexpectedly reuniting with the girl of his dreams who got away, Dina (Olivia Munn). If he succeeds, Jack might find a happy ending of his own.”

Guglielmo Marchetti produced the movie through Notorious Pictures, with Piers Tempest of Tempo Productions. Jo Bamford and Andrea Borella served as executive producers for the film.

Production on “Love. Wedding. Repeat” is currently underway in Rome but no premiere date was given at this time. Fans of the actors involved can keep this movie on their radar for now.

The announcement came after Netflix confirmed a new hour-long special for comedian Hannah Gadsby, expected to premiere in 2020. The special, named Douglas, is named after her beloved dog.

Said Gadsby: “I’m so excited to announce today that Douglas will be released on Netflix in 2020. I’m really enjoying touring with the live performance, but there will be places in the world that I won’t be able to visit, so it’s wonderful that Netflix will bring the show to every corner of the globe.”

Gadsby is touring Douglas in the U.S. and around the world now and her breakout sensation Nanette launched on Netflix in 2018.
