If you have a Nintendo Switch and an Amazon Prime account, then you should claim this month’s Twitch Prime bonuses. Amaozn’s “Twitch Prime” is offering a free year of the Nintendo Switch Online service for users, a savings of $19.99. The deal is already live and it only takes a few clicks to grab an entire year of service for free.

You can sign up for an account or claim your prize right here on Amazon.

The special Nintendo event is two-fold, to prevent people from abusing the offer. The first step is claim a free three-month membership; then after 60 days, you can log back into Twitch Prime and grab a free nine-month package. This offer is extended to both new and existing Nintendo Switch Online subscribers. If you’re already a subscriber, you will get the extra free months added to your account.

If you’re an Amazon Prime member, Twitch Prime is already included in your membership. It only takes a few moments to connect the two accounts; then you get the free bonuses each month. The Nintendo Switch Online service lets you play games with others, play classic NES titles, and save games to the Nintendo Cloud. Twitch Prime changes the offerings each month, but in the past, the service has given out skins, games, and DLC.

We should mention that this is a limited time offer, you have to claim your free months before September 28th. The nine-month subscription has to be redeemed by January 28th, 2020.

The fine-print reads “Nintendo Switch Online membership will automatically convert to a 3-month membership for $7.99 unless automatic renewal is turned off any time up to 48 hours before the end of the initial 3-month membership.”

If you are claiming the free three-month package, set a reminder on your phone to decide if you would like to keep it. The Nintendo Online service is one of the cheaper online packages for consoles, and you do get a lot for $19, so odds are you won’t mind sticking with the yearly membership once you’ve tested it out.
