Earlier today CBS confirmed the Season Finale airdates for the 2018-19 schedule, giving “The Big Bang Theory” a special one-hour sendoff on the network. “The Big Bang Theory” series finale will end the show’s massive twelve-season run on CBS, and the final episode will air on May 16th.
CBS also confirmed the series finale dates for other primetime comedies, dramas, and unscripted series. The “Magnum P.I.” reboot will wrap up its first season on April 1, with “FAM” ending its first season on April 11th. “God Friended Me” is also in its first season, which will come to an end on April 14th. The hit drama “Madam Secretary” will end its fifth season on April 21st, followed by “The Neighborhood” season one finale on April 22.
In May, “Man with a Plan” with end its third season on May 6th, followed by the season 6 finale of the comedy “Mom.” CBS’ “MacGyver” will end its third season on May 10th, which is the same day that “Blue Bloods” will end its ninth season on the network.
On May 3 “Bull” will finish its third season, followed by the season one finale of “FBI” on May 13th. CBS will host the thirty-eighth finale of “Survivor” on May 15th, followed by the “Survivor Live Reunion Show.”
As we reported earlier, “The Big Bang Theory” will end on May 16th, the same night “Young Sheldon” wraps its second season. That will also be the same day that CBS airs the season two finale of “S.W.A.T.”
On May 17th CBS will air the season nine finale of “Hawaii Five-0” and May 19th will be the final episode of the season for both “NCIS” and “NCIS: New Orleans.” May 22 will be the season finale of “SEAL Team,” followed by the season finale of “Ransom” on June 1.
