Even Hulu is getting into the Black Friday spirit this year, the video-streaming service is offering its first-ever Black Friday Deal for returning or new customers. You can save a lot of money on this offer, which is only going on for a limited time, while cutting out more commercials from your binge-sessions.
Starting today, Hulu is offering an online only promotion for its popular Limited Commercials plan for $0.99 per month for one year – a savings of $84 for the 12-month subscription. The limited time offer, which extends through 11:59pm PT on Cyber Monday, is available to new and eligible returning Hulu subscribers only.
At its regular price, a subscription to Hulu’s Limited Commercials plan is typically $7.99 per month. That tier offers viewers unlimited access to the largest streaming library of current and classic hit television shows and movies on Hulu’s ad-supported service.
In addition to Hulu’s popular original series like “The Handmaid’s Tale,” “The Looming Tower” and “Marvel’s Runaways,” the offer gives viewers access to other hit TV series, including “The Good Doctor,” fan-favorite “This is Us;” Emmy Award-winning comedy “Atlanta;” popular hits like “Family Guy,” “The Voice” and “Power,” and entire series runs of popular shows like “Lost,” “ER,” “Seinfeld,” “Full House,” “Family Matters” and more.
You’ll also be ready for Hulu’s newest series, “Dollface,” from ABC Studios. Hulu ordered 10-episodes of the new comedy earlier this year, and it will star Kat Dennings (2 Broke Girls), who is also set to executive produce the comedy alongside Creator and Writer Jordan Weiss (Harley Quinn) and Showrunner Ira Ungerleider. Additional executive producers include Margot Robbie, Brett Hedblom and Tom Ackerley for LuckyChap Entertainment; Bryan Unkeless and Scott Morgan for Clubhouse Pictures; Nicole King and Stephanie Laing (Vice Principals). Matt Spicer (Ingrid Goes West) will executive produce and direct the first episode. The comedy follows a young woman who – after being dumped by her longtime boyfriend – must deal with her own imagination in order to literally and metaphorically re-enter the world of women, and rekindle the female friendships she left behind.
Dollface will debut alongside Hulu’s growing original comedy slate, which includes the Emmy nominated I Love You, America with Sarah Silverman, as well as upcoming series Ramy, Mindy Kaling’s Four Weddings and a Funeral and Shrill.
