The Mid 2017 Macbook is 30% Off Today on Amazon
Now's the time to grab last year's model
If you’re not ready to spend $1,200 on the low-end 2018 Macbook that was announced this month, there’s a Mid 2017 model on Amazon that is currently $400 off right now. Part of Amazon’s Deal of the Day, the Apple MacBook (Mid 2017) model is a 12″ Laptop with an Intel Core i5 Dual-Core 1.3 GHz CPU (up to 3.2GZ Turbo) and comes with 8gb of DDR3 RAM with the higher capacity SSD.
Outfitted with Apple’s 226ppi screen, you can grab the laptop for $999 today, or 30% off the regular price. The 12-inch (diagonal) LED-backlit display offers IPS technology and a 2304 x 1440 resolution. The 1.3GHz dual-core Intel Core processor is the M5-7Y54 processor, which offers a Turbo Boost up to 3.2GHz with 4MB shared L3 cache. This model also comes with 512GB PCI-E based flash memory storage and the Intel HD Graphics 615 processor along with Bluetooth 4.2 technology.
These are the refurbished models, which still come with Amazon’s amazing return policy and other warranties. According to Amazon’s own policy, “Renewed products look and work like new. These products have been inspected and tested by Amazon-qualified suppliers, which typically perform a full diagnostic test, replacement of any defective parts, and a thorough cleaning process.” Not only that, this product is backed by a 1-year Woot Warranty to take the worry away.
These types of refurbished models come and go on Amazon, often times selling out just as quickly as they appear. If you want to compare this model to the newest Macbook, the new models offer a 1.2GHz dual-core 7th-generation Intel Core m3 processor that Turbo Boosts up to 3.0GHz and feature 8GB 1866MHz LPDDR3 memory. The low-end new models only have 256GB SSD storage and have the same Intel HD Graphics 615 specs but start at $1,200.
You can check the specs on the refurbished models that are still available right here on Amazon, and we should point out that traditional Deal of the Day promotions only last for one day, or until the pre-selected stock is gone.
