“Mission Impossible Fallout” is hitting Digital HD on November 20th, with the 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD versions of the film releasing on December 4th. Paramount Pictures confirmed the release dates earlier this afternoon.

You can pre-order the Digital HD version of the film to have it on release day from iTunes, Amazon Video, and Google Play. The retail versions of the film can be found here on Amazon.

Produced by Tom Cruise and Bad Robot, the film hit a 97% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and was an instant hit with fans of the franchise. After a $61M opening weekend, the film went on to make over $219M domestically and over $789M worldwide.

The original “Mission Impossible” opened back in 1996 with a $45M domestic debut, the film then went on to make over $457M worldwide. “Mission Impossible II” improved on the original’s opening in 2000, bringing in $57M on opening weekend before grossing $546M worldwide. That’s when the franchise started to decline, in 2006 “Mission Impossible III” had a $47M opening weekend and the film only brought in $397M across the globe. Answering to the sudden decline at the box-office, the studio moved the franchise from May to December in 2011 for “Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol” and the numbers improved. The fourth installment started with a limited release which made $12.7M and wide-release that made another $29.5M. The winter release-date worked out well for the studio and the film went on to make over $694M worldwide. With the franchise rejuvenated, the studio released “Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation” in July of 2015 and the film had a $55M opening before going on to make $682M globally.

In the film, while on a dangerous assignment to recover stolen plutonium, Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) chooses to save his friends over the mission, allowing it to fall into the hands of a deadly network of highly skilled operatives intent on destroying civilization. Now, with the world at risk, Ethan and his IMF team (Simon Pegg, Ving Rhames, Rebecca Ferguson) are forced to work with a hard-hitting CIA agent (Henry Cavill) as they race against time to stop the nuclear threat. Written and directed by Christopher McQuarrie, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE—FALLOUT also stars Sean Harris, Angela Bassett, Michelle Monaghan and Alec Baldwin.
