Marvel Teases ‘Daredevil’ Season 3

Bless me father for I have left on a cliffhanger

If you haven’t been keeping up with “Marvel’s Iron Fist,” you may have missed a special ending-credits scene featuring Daredevil. Netflix is bringing the superhero to New York Comic-Con in October but released the teaser for fans everywhere.

A lot has happened to Daredevil since the ending of the show’s second season. In “Marvel’s The Defenders” story line, which took place after the events of “Daredevil: Season 2,” the devil of Hell’s Kitchen reluctantly teamed up with Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, Luke Cage, and Stick to take on the Hand in New York City. We won’t spoil anything for you just in case you still need to catch-up, but it was unclear if Daredevil would be returning to the fighting foursome.

“Marvel’s Daredevil” is just one of many Marvel television properties coming to NYCC in the fall. We will be getting the first official trailer for the new season of “Daredevil” at the event, and most likely a firm release window for the third season.

Marvel will also offer a look at “Marvel’s Runaways,” both shows will hit the main-stage at Madison Square Garden for the first time ever. Attendees will also get to join the cast and producers of “The Gifted” at the Javits Center where they return to New York Comic Con with an exclusive first look at an all-new episode from the second season of the series.

You can also count on Marvel Animation presenting a star-studded “Marvel Rising” panel. The studio will also bring back the annual Marvel Animation Presents panel returns, which will offer exciting news from Marvel Animated projects, along with a special screening of the television film “Marvel Rising: Secret Warriors”. As for Marvel Comics, the company will be returning to NYCC with surprise guests, panels, giveaways, and more. Fans will be able to hear from Marvel’s top writers, artists, and editors as they talk about fan-favorite characters and the thrilling stories in the Marvel Universe today – along with a sneak peek at what’s next.
