FX Teases ‘American Horror Story: Apocalypse’ with a Preview Video
Just a few more days until American Horror Story: Apocalypse
FX released a quick teaser-preview for “American Horror Story: Apocalypse,” the eighth installment in the popular anthology series. Ryan Murphy shared the video on social-media earlier today and FX has finally released the teaser on YouTube for the whole world to enjoy. Filled with explosions and quick-cuts, fans can try and extrapolate as much as they can from the scenes, it will all come together later this month when the series makes its big debut on FX. Just like any other video teasing a new season for this franchise, you won’t find a lot of details or story-lines in the teaser. You will find a lot of images to keep you guessing and a few faces that you’ve seen before.
The popular series is going to be bringing back a long list of former cast-mates, including Connie Britton, Jessica Lange, Billie Lourd, Evan Peters, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Emma Roberts, Billy Eichner, Leslie Grossman, Adina Porter, Cheyenne Jackson, Taissa Farmiga, Gabourey Sidibe, Lily Rabe, Frances Conroy, Stevie Nicks, and Dylan McDermott. The new names attached to the series are Joan Collins and Cody Fern, but with all the talent stretched across one season, we aren’t sure how much screen time each character is getting. Fans of the show can watch the quick teaser video below, the network released the trailer with the caption “A glimpse of what tomorrow brings…” and the video itself is called “The Return Preview”.
The series is perfect for the ride up to Halloween but it’s launching a little earlier than we expected. “American Horror Story: Apocalypse” is set to debut on September 12th on FX if you want to set a reminder.
