Pictures’ actioner “Rampage”. Amy Schumer’s comedy “I Feel Pretty” also split the box-office that weekend, opening with $16M that same weekend. Despite the competition, “Super Troopers 2” had a $15M domestic opening and went on to gross over $30M while in theaters. The film was directed by Jay Chandrasekhar, and written by the Broken Lizard team. The original “Super Troopers” opened in 2002 with a $6M debut, that installment grossed over $23M worldwide.
