‘The Greatest Showman’ goes Digital in March

The musical will be streamable this spring

FOX has set a home box-office release date for the musical “The Greatest Showman”. The popular musical will release on Digital HD and Movies Anywhere on March 20th, just before the Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD & DVD versions of the film release on April 10, 2018. Fans can celebrate with a behind-the-scenes look at the making of The Greatest Showman, with a new 360 video that takes you on an adventure with Hugh Jackman, Zac Efron, Zendaya and more.

“The Greatest Showman” debuted to an overcrowded box-office back in December. The film hit theaters while “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” was still dominating the box-office, and opened against “Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle” and “Pitch Perfect 3”. The musical had a soft opening, only bringing in $8.8M, but the film continued to attract audiences week after week until it grossed over $160M domestically. The film then went on to make over $362M worldwide and was a financial success for the studio. Fans of the film can check out the new 360 video that the studio released for the film below, thanks to an early morning upload to YouTube.

“The Greatest Showman” was directed by Michael Gracey, the film featured Hugh Jackman, Michelle Williams, Zac Efron, and Zendaya.

You can already pre-order the retail versions of the film on Amazon.com, those include the Blu-ray, 4K and DVD versions of the musical. If you rather have the digital-only version, you can find the film on iTunes, Amazon Video and Google Play.

If you are a fan of Hugh Jackman, you will be able to see him in the film “The Front Runner,” a film about the American Senator Gary Hart’s presidential campaign in 1988 that was crushed by an affair. That film was directed by Jason Reitman, and based on the book by Matt Bai. Also starring in the film are J.K. Simmons and Vera Farmiga.
