Gotham is really coming together nicely

Season 4 of FOX’s “Gotham” is just a few weeks away, and the network released an exciting new trailer to get fans excited for the tiny Dark Knight’s return. There are a ton teasers in the short video-clip for the midseason premiere, including the new Ivy, an expanded Joker character, and Bruce gearing up to battle them all.

FOX released the trailer as both a recap of the events from the first-half of season 4, as well as a preview of the events still to come. The big premiere will be on March 1, 2018, so set a reminder if you want to catch the new episode.

Season 4 will have Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Harvey Bullock taking on Gotham’s fiercest lineup of villains to date, but they will soon start to get some help. The network teased the season adding, “While Gotham City fights for normalcy, a new hero will rise, as BRUCE WAYNE (David Mazouz) begins to assume responsibility for the city’s well-being.”

So little Bruce Wayne is growing up, but Gotham is getting worse. The line-up of super-characters this time around include The Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor); Edward Nygma/The Riddler (Cory Michael Smith); Selina Kyle/Catwoman (Camren Bicondova); Barbara Kean (Erin Richards), Tabitha Galavan/Tigress (Jessica Lucas) and Butch Gilzean (Drew Powell). The series also feature the very new Poison Ivy (Maggie Geha), who, after an encounter with a monster from Indian Hill, finds herself reborn as a young woman who’s harnessed the full power of her charms.

The big Gotham event will be followed by the time period premiere of Seth MacFarlane’s new space adventure series The Orville. If you didn’t catch any of the first season, the show is a live-action, one-hour space adventure series set 400 years in the future that follows the exploits of The U.S.S. Orville, a mid-level exploratory spaceship. Its crew, both human and alien, face the wonders and dangers of outer space, while also dealing with the problems of everyday life.
