There’s no stopping Frank Castle, and Netflix will be bringing back the anti-hero for another season of revenge and murder. The popular series, based on the Marvel character, will return with all-new episodes in a second season on Netflix, but we aren’t exactly sure how long we will have to wait to see them.

Netflix confirmed the second season on social-media earlier today, but kept quiet about a release window. The first season of “Marvel’s The Punisher” became available on Netflix back in November, and while it hasn’t been as popular as other hits like “Jessica Jones” and “Luke Cage,” it’s doing pretty well with critics. If you haven’t seen the first season yet it’s certainly worth a trial. Netflix teases the season one story saying, “After exacting revenge on those responsible for the death of his wife and children, Frank Castle (Jon Bernthal) uncovers a conspiracy that runs far deeper than New York’s criminal underworld. Now known throughout the city as The Punisher, he must discover the truth about injustices that affect more than his family alone.”

Earlier this week Netflix announced the season 2 premiere of “Jessica Jones,” which will become available on Netflix this March. Netflix made the Jessica Jones announcement with a first-look teaser trailer, the official launch date for the new season will be on March 8, 2017. The first season followed Krysten Ritter and Rachael Taylor as they hunted down a very evil David Tennant. Also featured in the first season were Eka Darville, Carrie-Anne Moss, Mike Colter, Rebecca De Mornay, and Rosario Dawson. We should mention that the first season won a Peabody award, and is one of the most popular Marvel series to launch on television. Season 2 will have 13 episodes when it launches and will feature Krysten Ritter, Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss (Jeri Hogarth), Eka Darville (Malcolm Ducasse). New cast members currently include Janet McTeer and J.R. Ramirez.
