Netflix has finally set a date for “Marvel’s Jessica Jones” Season 2. The popular video-streaming service will bring back the show this March, so all we have to do is make it through the cold winter months. You will still have to wait a few weeks to learn more of the plot, or to find out the guest-stars, but a teaser-trailer is better than no trailer at all.

Season 1 of the series was a huge hit for Netflix, launching right after the “Marvel’s Daredevil” series. Since we last saw Jessica in NYC, Netflix has launched “Luke Cage,” “Iron Man,” “Daredevil: Season 2” and “The Defenders”. It’s been a long time, but Jones’ fans will finally have new episodes starting on March 8, 2018. So set a reminder and get ready for the Jones.

Netflix announced the season 2 premiere date with a new trailer, which you can watch below. Along with the trailer Netflix added, “Just don’t get in her way. Marvel’s Jessica Jones Season 2 coming March 8, only on Netflix.”

The first season followed Krysten Ritter and Rachael Taylor as they hunted down a very evil David Tennant. Also featured in the first season were Eka Darville, Carrie-Anne Moss, Mike Colter, Rebecca De Mornay, and Rosario Dawson. We should mention that the first season won a Peabody award, and is one of the most popular Marvel series to launch on television. Season 2 will have 13 episodes when it launches in March, and as usual, all of the episodes will be available at the same time for your binging pleasure.

Season 2 will of course include Krysten Ritter, and she will be joined by Ritter is joined by Rachael Taylor (Trish Walker), Carrie-Anne Moss (Jeri Hogarth), Eka Darville (Malcolm Ducasse). New cast members currently include Janet McTeer and J.R. Ramirez.

This is the first teaser-trailer released for the new season, a full-length season trailer will most likely not be available until after the New Year.
