Universal Pictures released a brand-new movie trailer for all the Pitch Perfect fans out there, teasing a few of the songs that will be accompanying the comedy. The first trailer was released back in June, and featured the Bellas getting back together, and getting into more awkward situations. Fans will have to wait until December to see the third installment in theaters, but they can watch the new trailer below.

If you need to set a reminder, “Pitch Perfect 3” is scheduled to hit theaters on December 22, 2017. The film will star Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Hailee Steinfeld, Brittany Snow, Anna Camp, Alexis Knapp, Hana Mae Lee, Ester Dean, Chrissie Fit, Kelley Jakle, and Shelley Regner. Also appearing in the film are John Lithgow, John Michael Higgins and Elizabeth Banks.

Trish Sie directed the film for Universal Pictures, and Anna Kendrick, Hailee Steinfeld and Rebel Wilson are headlining in the new trailer. The film is a follow-up to the 2015 hit “Pitch Perfect 2,” which had the highest-grossing opening of all time for a live-action movie-musical. In fact, “Pitch Perfect 2” had a $69M opening domestically, and the film then went on to gross over $287M at the global box-office. The first “Pitch Perfect” in the franchise had a $5M debut back in 2012, showing just how far the films have come over the last five-years. The original installment went on to make over $115M worldwide. “Pitch Perfect 2” was directed by Elizabeth Banks, who also appeared in the film as Gail. The third-installment was written by Kay Cannon, who is an EP on “Girlboss,” and a co-producer on “Pitch Perfect 2”.

As we reported earlier, Anna Kendrick is also set to sing in “Trolls 2,” reprising her role of ‘Poppy’ in the sequel. Also returning to the “Trolls” franchise is her former co-star Justin Timberlake. The eagerly awaited next chapter in the “Pitch Perfect” franchise is led by series producers Paul Brooks of Gold Circle Entertainment and Max Handelman & Elizabeth Banks of Brownstone Productions. The film is directed by Trish Sie (Step Up All In).

Just a few more weeks of waiting and “Pitch Perfect 3” songs will be stuck in your head for the next few years.
