It seems that Swifties won’t have to wait too long for another Taylor Swift single to drop, the pop-star is already previewing her new music on social-media. Ever the tease, Swift released a short clip of her new song across her social-media channels, but fans will have to wait a little longer to hear the whole thing. The first hint came on Instagram, where Swift released a photo on Instagram Stories with a hint to tune into the Alabama vs Florida State game on ABC at 8pm. If you missed all of this don’t despair, we can cut right to the chase. Swift’s new song will be called ‘Ready for It,’ and it will be the next single to come from her new album. Hopefully this means we will also get a new music-video, because we can only watch ‘LWYMMD’ so many times on repeat.
It seems like the new song will drop the bad-girl image and the burns that ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ offered, but it will surely cause a social-media firestorm when it’s released just the same as the first single did. Swift’s new album is called ‘Reputation,’ and we are slowly slithering through all the single-tracks as we march towards the song’s Fall release date.
At the time this article was written, Swift was already at the top of the iTunes Song chart, ‘Look What You Made Me Do’ was a big enough hit to dethrone ‘Despacito’ from the song’s summer throne. Over on YouTube ‘LWYMMD’ already has over 150M views, and Swift’s subscriber count has climbed to over 24M users. It’s a Taylor Swift world and it’s filled with CGI snakes and teases. If you are eagerly awaiting the release of the new album, you can set a reminder to download it on November 10, 2017.
