The 2016 election was a tumultuous one for our nation, though it was probably hardest on Hillary Clinton and her dearest supporters. While most of the reports that we saw everyday were on polls, email scandals, and projections, little has been published on the behind-the-scenes work during the Clinton campaign. A new book, expected in late 2017, might shed new light on the everyday battles and strategies behind the campaign and it’s coming from Hillary Rodham Clinton herself.

The Associated Press reported today that Hillary Clinton is currently working on a book of personal essays, though little is known on the new project. There is no set date for the book to release, but it is scheduled for fall 2017, the most popular release-window in the publishing market.

According to the reports, the book will include a collection of inspirational quotes, that will supplement Clinton’s personal stories and experiences during her run for President in 2016.

Clinton said in a statement, “These are the words I live by. These quotes have helped me celebrate the good times, laugh at the absurd times, persevere during the hard times and deepen my appreciation of all life has to offer. I hope by sharing these words and my thoughts about them, the essays will be meaningful for readers.”

Hillary Clinton already has several popular releases under her belt. In the past Clinton has released ‘Hard Choices,’ ‘Living History,’ ‘It Takes a Village,’ ‘Stronger Together: A Blueprint for America’s Future,’ ‘An Invitation To The White House : At Home With History,’ ‘Dear Socks, Dear Buddy: Kids’ Letters to the First Pets’ and worked on ‘The Unique Voice of Hillary Rodham Clinton: A Portrait in Her Own Words’.
