NVIDIA Shield hosts Black Friday deals on games

If you are a NVIDIA Shield owner then you will want to check out the digital storefront this weekend. The company will host a Black Friday sale on over 60 popular games to kick-off the holiday season, so you can stock-up before heading out on any holiday traveling. The sale begins today, and will last through November 28, 2016.

There are some pretty big titles on the list, including “Doom 3 BFG” (which can run natively on SHIELD and is 50% off) and even more kid-friendly games like “LEGO The Lord of the Rings”. In fact, there are seven LEGO titles total to choose from, so just just your pick and start downloading.

A few callouts on the list are “Mad Max,” two “Dead Island” choices, “Metro: Last light Redux” and “Grim Fandango Remastered.” There are also a ton of Android powered games as well, so you will want to check on both options. On that side of store you will find three “Half-Life 2” options, two “Oddworld” installments, “Portal,” and “Titan Souls”.

You can find the entire list of Black Friday sales that are currently running on the official NVIDIA Shield website, you have a few days to cash-in on the promotion but you will want to download them and install them before getting stuck in traffic or in an airport layover.

The newest NVIDIA Shield is going for $199 and the NVIDIA Shield Pro is currently being sold for $299 on the official site as well. The older NVIDIA Shield K1 8″ Tablet can be found on sties like Amazon.com for about $199.
