Reviews for Warner Bros. Pictures’ blockbuster ‘Suicide Squad’ were mixed, but if you felt cheated by a lack of Joker scenes in the theatrical version, the extended-cut might offer more of your favorite baddies. The studio announced that an extended-cut will be released when the film hits the home box-office on Digital HD on November 15, 2016 and on Blu-ray on December 13, 2016.

Fans can once again follow the team of the world’s most dangerous Super Villains, after the government sends them off on a mission to defeat a horrific deadly force threatening humanity. In the film U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will have what it takes to save the planet.

Of course if anything goes wrong on this mission, the government will not be liable but rather can place the blame on the villains, who are inherently evil people. A small bomb is implanted in each member of the squad’s neck with the capability of detonating any time one of the members tries to rebel or escape. It will be up to this assembled team of villains to prevail over the seemingly impossible events that will unfold before them, in what many deem to be a “suicide mission”.

The popular summer hit will release on multiple formats, including Blu-Ray, 4K, DVD and Digital HD. The film is available to pre-order, in several different collections, on sites like Amazon.com.
