The Blu-Ray version of Warcraft comes with the game, plus expansions
While many fans of ‘Warcraft’ are already fans of the video-game that inspired the film, a new bundle will open the doors to everyone that hasn’t played the MMO yet. The film will hit the home box-office later this month, and the studio released a few teasers of the behind-the-scenes extras that will come with the set.
The film was released through Legendary and Universal Pictures earlier this year, grossing $47M. ‘Warcraft’ will release in the U.S. and Canada starting September 27, and it’s bringing a trio of movie-inspired digital extras from Blizzard Entertainment along for the ride. Inside select physical editions of WARCRAFT on Blu-ray and DVD, movie fans will find digital keys that unlock a lot of extras for Blizzard games,
You will get a Digital copy of World of Warcraft, and now that World of Warcraft: Legion has been released, it’s a great time to jump into the adventure in Azeroth. Or you can finally bring that friend that never bought the game before. This digital code includes the complete base game and all expansions up to Warlords of Draenor, plus 30 days of game time for new players. You will also get the Medivh Hero in Hearthstone, so you can guide the Guardian of Tirisfal, a Mage hero for Blizzard’s strategy card game. Lastly, there is the Gul’dan Hero in Heroes of the Storm, an orc Assassin for Blizzard’s online team brawler. These extras are available inside select physical WARCRAFT Blu-ray and DVD editions only while supplies last.
WARCRAFT is available September 27 in the U.S. and Canada, and throughout September and October worldwide. Anyone interested in picking up a copy should check product and promotion availability with their local retailers, as extras may differ outside the U.S. and Canada.
