While many fans are still reeling from the secrets and twists that occurred during season 6 of “Pretty Little Liars,” Freeform is already back at work and creating even more drama for your favorite stars.

The company confirmed that production began last Friday on the seventh season of the hit original series “Pretty Little Liars.” The network teased in an announcement, “In this upcoming season, the Liars will band together to unearth answers to the last remaining secrets and take down “Uber A” for good in the most romantic season of PLL yet.”

The #PLL army will want to set a reminder for season seven, the network will kickoff the premiere with a “supersized episode” on TUESDAY, JUNE 21 (8:00-9:00 p.m. EDT) on Freeform.

That’s not the only good news. Fans of Troian Bellisario will want to make a very special note to catch her big episode this year. The series star will make her directorial debut this season, taking a role behind the camera for a special episode. Bellisario is set to direct episode 715 of “Pretty Little Liars” during the second half of the season.

“Pretty Little Liars” is produced by Alloy Entertainment in association with Warner Horizon Television and is executive-produced by I. Marlene King, Oliver Goldstick, Leslie Morgenstein, Joseph Dougherty and Charlie Craig.
