EA has officially started teasing the long-awaited follow-up to its 2014 hit “Titanfall,” the sci-fi FPS developed by Respawn Entertainment.
The publisher has once-again teamed-up with Respawn Entertainment in the follow-up installment, which will get a full-length trailer in June. Until then, fans of the series can sign-up for the Titanfall 2 newsletter, and watch a short teaser trailer for the upcoming game via YoutTube.
The original Titanfall was released for Microsoft Windows and Xbox One, a console version for the Xbox 360 was created that spring. This time around, more players will be invited to play the game, since it will release on both Xbox One and PS4. A PC version of the game will also be created, hopefully without the same uncompressed files that the original had, which created an almost 50GB basic install on the PC.
EA is keeping quiet on the exact details of the new game, only stating, “From Respawn Entertainment, the studio that brought you the award-winning Titanfall, comes Titanfall 2.” Fans can watch the teaser trailer, the full-length trailer will be released on June 12, 2016.
Titanfall 2 will be available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
