Roadside Attractions and Lionsgate have an amazing cast set for “Genius,” scheduled to release later this year. Starring in the film are Colin Firth, Jude Law, Nicole Kidman, Laura Linney, Guy Pearce and Dominic West, a tremendous lineup of actors all under the direction of Michael Grandage.

The screenplay comes from Academy Award-nominated screenwriter John Logan (Gladiator, The Aviator, Hugo, Skyfall), and marks the feature film debut of Tony Award-winning director Michael Grandage.

“Genius” is a stirring drama about the complex friendship and transformative professional relationship between the world-renowned book editor Maxwell Perkins (who discovered F. Scott Fitzgerald and Ernest Hemingway) and the larger-than-life literary giant Thomas Wolfe. Based on the biography “Max Perkins: Editor of Genius” by A. SCOTT BERG.
