Guided by sheer will and the love of his family, Glass must navigate a vicious winter in a relentless pursuit to live and find redemption. The Revenant is directed and co-written by renowned filmmaker, Academy Award winner Alejandro G. Inarritu (Birdman, Babel).
IMAX talked about the release in an announcement released today stating, “The IMAX release of The Revenant is shown in its digitally re-mastered format, which includes the image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience with proprietary IMAX DMR (Digital Re-mastering) technology.
