Workaholics season 6 trailer, time to get weird

Your favorite telemarketers are back in business next month, “Adam,” “Blake” and “Ders” are set to return with an all-new season on Comedy Central in just a few weeks. The popular scripted series “Workaholics” will start its sixth season with ten all-new episodes beginning on Thursday, January 14 at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT, followed by the season premiere of “Idiotsitter” at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT.

This season the guys get even weirder in Rancho Cucamonga as they compete to sell boobillos, track down their favorite old porn video, fight to raise their klout scores and “Blake” and “Jillian” adopt a cat. Returning for the sixth season are TelAmeriCorp officemates “Jillian” (Jillian Bell), “Alice” (Maribeth Monroe) and “Montez” (Erik Griffin), along with their drug-dealing friend “Karl” (Kyle Newacheck) along with special guest appearances from Dane Cook, Whitney Cummings, Andy Dick and Pauly Shore.

Over its fifth season, “Workaholics” averaged 1.4 million total viewers and was the highest-rated series in its timeslot across all of television among Men 18-34 and Men 18-24. “Workaholics” ranked in the top five Nielsen Twitter TV ratings every Wednesday and the total video streams increased 7x season-over-season reaching nearly 40 million views.

“Workaholics” is a single-camera comedy featuring three friends who work together from 9 to 5, live together from 5 to 9 and party together 24/7. The network teases the series stating, “Dress codes, deadlines and waking up before noon are not things these guys are used to. They do their jobs and sometimes they even do them well, but they show up late, leave drunk and always live for the day…even if they don’t know what day it is.”

We hope to see more of Blake’s crafting skills in season 6 and a follow-up to the Wizard Rap.
