Paramount Pictures has released the first trailer for “Whiskey Tango Foxtrot,” a new film starring Tina Fey, Martin Freeman and Margot Robbie.

The project is based on the popular novel “The Taliban Shuffle: Strange Days In Afghanistan And Pakistan” by Kim Barker and is set to hit theaters early next year.

Joining Fey and Robbie in the film are Martin Freeman, Alfred Molina and Billy Bob Thornton. The story follows a journalist as she recounts her wartime coverage in Afghanistan and Pakistan, Robert Carlock wrote the adaptation of Barker’s memoir. Glenn Ficarra and John Requa directed the film, which is set to hit theaters on March 4, 2016.

Tina Fey is currently promoting her latest comedy with Amy Poehler called “Sisters,” which opens this week. Margot Robbie can be seen in “The Big Short” and has two major projects in the works. The first of those “The Legend of Tarzan,” where Robbie will play Jane, the second major project is “Suicide Squad”. In that film Robbie will be taking on the role of fan-favorite Dr. Harleen F. Quinzel, or Harley Quinn.

Freeman will be starring in the new season of “Sherlock,” with a Christmas episode do out this month. Freeman will also be starring in the highly anticipated film “Captain America: Civil War” set to hit theaters in 2016 as well.

This marks the first trailer released for the film, you can expect a few more clips and previews to be released by Paramount Pictures as we near the release date for the film.
