Ryder starred in the film alongside Taryn Manning and Lori Singer. That film was written and directed by Michael Almereyda. The film told the story of social psychologist Stanley Milgram, who in 1961 conducted a series of radical behavior experiments that tested ordinary humans willingness to obey authority.
