Get the webpages ready, here’s where to buy Star Wars: The Force Awakens tickets tonight

Tonight is the night that millions of “Star Wars” fans have been waiting for, the first evening that “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” tickets go on-sale. Tickets for the highly-anticipated event will go on-sale with the launch of the “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” trailer, expected to be shown during tonight’s NFL Monday Night Football game between the New York Giants and the Philadelphia Eagles.

While the trailer has not yet been officially released, at least not at the time this article was written, you can still get ready to buy the tickets before they official go-live.

Your number one choice for picking up tickets to the big-screen premiere should be on the official Fandango store page. Not only are theaters hosting the film on December 18, 2015, but there will be all-day viewings of the six-films that have already been released.

Be warned that six-films in a single-day takes some serious dedication but we are positive that many of them will sellout in record time. As will the tickets to the midnight-screening of Star Wars Episode VII.

The time you want to markdown is 10pm, that’s the exact moment that tickets will go on sale. So set a reminder for about 9:45 p.m. (Eastern) tonight just in-case you get distracted by the big-game. Obviously the tickets will sell-out in moments but if you’re a fan, or shopping for a fan, you might as well try. Across the pond ticket-sites collapsed at the sheer volume of shoppers and buying a ticket was not easy, since most sites were constantly crashing from the weight of the traffic. Keep trying to get through, you never know unless you try.

After you score tickets, you will want to work on your costume. You do not want to spoil seeing the seventh installment of the popular franchise by not going in costume. Star Wars will hit theaters on December 18, 2015.
