Every second is a fight for survival, and every choice is yours. Only you can rebuild and determine the fate of the Wasteland. As the video states, “Welcome home.”
The open world title will offer hundreds of locations, characters, and quests. There will be multiple factions for players to join and a wide-array of choices for the player to make along their journey across the wastes. The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. character system will make a return to the series as well, offering new customization options and Perks so that you can play the game the way you like, from smooth-talker to town-destroyer.
Bethesda will also introduce a next generation graphics and lighting engine, “bringing to life the world of Fallout like never before,” according to the publisher. Also returning in the new title will be the V.A.T.S. system and an improved crafting and building component that will add a new layer of scrounging and looting to your daily wasteland activities.
