Xbox One Elite Bundle comes with Xbox Elite Wireless Controller for $499

When Microsoft introduced the new Xbox Elite Wireless Controller earlier this year, social-media platforms lit-up with excitement over the device, but the hefty price-tag wasn’t as welcomed. Now you can get that brand-new, customizable wonder-toy when you buy an Xbox One thanks to the new “Xbox One Elite Bundle” from Microsoft.

The new Xbox One Elite Bundle was introduced earlier today from Microsoft, the company promises that the new bundle will come equipped “with premium features to take your gaming to the next level.”

Outfitted with a matte finish, the Xbox One Elite Bundle includes a 1TB Solid State Hybrid Drive, “which stores frequently-accessed files on a solid state partition and optimizes system performance so you can get to the action up to 20 percent faster from energy-saving mode.”

Microsoft explained the new SSD more in today’s announcement by saying, “This means you can spend more time this holiday playing the greatest games in Xbox history, including Halo 5: Guardians, Rise of the Tomb Raider and Forza Motorsport 6.”

As we mentioned before the Xbox One Elite Bundle comes with the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller, which also works with Windows 10. The Xbox Elite Wireless Controller offers fully customizable features, interchangeable paddles, further customization with the Xbox Accessories app, Hair Trigger Locks and high-performance construction, “to provide an unparalleled experience every time you game.”
