Kate del Castillo will play Mexico’’s next First Lady in Ingobernable

Netflix has confirmed the first details of ​Ingobernable​, a Netflix Original series, starring Mexican actress Kate del Castillo.

Del Castillo will play Irene Urzua, the wife of Mexico’s president. A woman with a strong personality, conviction and clear ideas, Urzua. is capable of “creating a president, leaving a president and killing a president.”

The series which will be produced by Argos and directed by Jose Luis Garcia Agraz and Pedro Pablo Ibarra “Pitipol”​ ​will start shooting in Mexico early 2016 and will be presented in the format of 20 episodes.
