Jessica Lucas to play Tigress on Gotham season two
Get ready for a whole new season of villains when “Gotham” premieres on FOX later this fall. Joining the crew in season two will be Jessica Lucas, she will be taking on the role of Tigress when the show returns.
In the comics Tigress is also known as Tabitha Galavan, the sister of Theo Galavan (set to be played by James Frain). FOX promised that GOTHAM would explore more origin stories from the popular DC world of Batman this year. Storylines for season two include The Riddler, The Joker and Mr. Freeze as well.
In the meantime Bruce Wayne (played by David Mazouz) will uncover more secrets from his father’s past, the season two debut of “Gotham” is set to air on Monday, Sept. 21 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT). The series premiere of the new crime drama MINORITY REPORT will air just after “Gotham”.
That show is based on Steven Spielberg’s international blockbuster film and the first of his films to be adapted for television, MINORITY REPORT follows the partnership between a man (Stark Sands, “Inside Llewyn Davis”) haunted by the future and a cop (Meagan Good, “Think Like A Man” franchise, “Californication”) haunted by her past, as they race to stop the worst crimes before they happen.
