Yesterday FOX canceled ‘The Mindy Project,’ and as fans all around the country grappled with losing one of their favorite comedies, many are still hoping that the show will find a new home off-network.

The once-popular series, starring and created by Mindy Kaling, wasn’t renewed for a fourth season at FOX. The show is currently in its third-season, and although it hasn’t been pulling in the same numbers as it once did, the sudden cancellation came to many viewers as a surprise.

If you were one of the show’s steadfast viewers, there is a small glimmer of hope remaining for your favorite characters. As a few cancelled shows have done recently, the show may live-on through Hulu or another video-streaming service. Other canceled shows that lived-out their remaining days online include ‘Selfie’ and the still-running ‘Community’.

FOX has not commented on the show’s cancellation, and no comments of the show being picked up by a streaming-service have been released at this time.
