The second season of ‘Fargo’ will be adding a familiar face in the show’s second season, Bruce Campbell from the ‘Evil Dead’ franchise. It was confirmed today that the popular actor will be taking on the role of Ronald Reagan when ‘Fargo’ returns for season two. Campbell joins a growing list of popular actors that have agreed to guest-star in the new season.

It was reported earlier this year that the second season of hit crime-thriller would be taking place in 1979, and that just so happens to be the year that Reagan announced that he would be running for president. Fans that watch the new season can also expect to find Ted Danson, Nick Offerman, Patrick Wilson and Jean Smart in the second season as well. Brad Garrett, Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons will also be featured in the highly-anticipated second season as guest-stars.

Campbell will also be starring in a TV movie series based within the ‘Evil Dead’ franchise, that is set to release in late 2015. The new series will be called ‘Ash vs Evil Dead’ and Campbell will be taking up the role of Ashley ‘Ash’ J. Williams. The series will also star Lucy Lawless and Jill Marie Jones. No release date has been given at this time, but more information on the series and other guest-stars will be announced at a later date.
