Batman: Arkham Knight trailer offers a desperate Gotham
Warner Bros. Interactive has released a new trailer for ‘Batman: Arkham Knight,’ the next installment to the popular game-franchise. Titled “Gotham is Mine,” the trailer focuses on Batman’s broken city, and just as desperate as always, Batman still fights to save his home. You can checkout the latest Batman trailer below, thanks to the studios’ latest marketing release.
Developed by Rocksteady Studios, WB is calling the trailer the “Official” trailer for the game, shining a light on a few of the big-names that will Batman will have to battle with as he saves Gotham. In the game Scarecrow unites the infamous Rogues Gallery, including Two-Face, The Penguin, the Riddler, the Arkham Knight, Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy. Although the game was announced quite a while ago, fans still have a long wait ahead before the game launches. Batman: Arkham Knight won’t release in stores until June 2, 2015.
Not only will this be the latest installment to the franchise, the Batmobile will be making its first drive-able appearance in the game. WB is hoping to entice a lot of pre-orders for the popular franchise, offering Harley Quinn as a playable character for those that claim there game a little early. There is also a Batmobile Edition, and a Limited Edition that fans can pre-order as well, if they want more free DLC and extras when the game releases this summer. The special collections include things like a Batman Memorial Statue, exclusive character skin packs, and custom art books. There is also a comic-book and other terrific Batman goodies involved, depending on which of the three versions you decide to pick-up when the game launches later this year.
