Kristen Stewart in white, adding a simple edge to Chanel’s Couture Show in Paris
Over the past year Kristen Stewart has become a permanent fixation near the runway, and the popular actor was found sitting in the front-row at this year’s Chanel’s Couture show in Paris.
Not just a spectator, Stewart will also be featured in Chanel’s new handbag campaign, expected to launch in 2015. While Chanel focused more on the spring-garden apparel at this year’s show, Stewart looked remarkable in a simple white dress set against her bold, edgy-style. Stewart has been spent the last few weeks campaigning for her latest film ‘Still Alice,’ from directors Richard Glatzer and Wash Westmoreland, a film that has star Julianne Moore up for an Academy Award. In that film Stewart plays the role of daughter Lydia Howland. Stewart herself is set to star in several new films, all set to premiere over the next few years.
Among those films are ‘Anesthesia’ from writer and director Tim Blake Nelson and also starring Corey Stoll and Michael Kenneth Williams. Stewart will play the role of Sophie in the film, which follows the lives touched from a mugging of a Columbia University philosophy professor. Stewart’s biggest project in the works is ‘Equals,’ expected to release in 2015, where she will star alongside Nicholas Hoult and Guy Pearce. That film was directed by Drake Doremus, based on a script written by Nathan Parker. The latest project announced for the actor is ‘American Ultra,’ where she will reconnect with Jesse Eisenberg, and also stars Walton Goggins. ‘American Ultra’ will be directed by Nima Nourizadeh, and will based on a script written by Max Landis about a couple of young stoners from a small town who finds themselves as a target of a mysterious government operation bent on killing them both.
From fashion to film, 2015 is shaping to be one of Stewart’s busiest years, and we can’t wait to see more of her.
