It is turning out to be a terrific year for Keira Knightley, not only has the popular actor just received two very prestigious nominations for her work in ‘The Imitation Game,’ but she is also expecting her first child.
Knightley confirmed that she was three-months pregnant earlier this week, topping an already wonderful year for the British star. At just 29 this will be the first child for Knightley, who is most likely enjoying the time-off from her whirlwind festival and press tour following her latest film with Benedict Cumberbatch with husband James Righton, of the Klaxons. Knightley and Righton were married back in the spring on 2013 in a small ceremony in France.
As for those nominations, Knightley received a Best Supporting Actress nom from the Screen Actors Guild and the Golden Globes this past Wednesday. The film itself was also nominated, ending up with five Golden Globe nominations in total, including best motion picture. We couldn’t be happier for the lovely actor, and wish them the best.
