The holiday shopping season is the best time to pick-up a new gaming console, and both Microsoft and Sony have reduced the prices on their newest consoles by bundling up a few popular titles. Picking up a console in a bundle can save you a lot of money this year, as opposed to picking up just a console.
If you are hoping to buy the new Xbox One Bundle from Microsoft, then you can save $70 on the latest bundle, offering the Xbox One console with a free digital copy of Assassin’s Creed Unity, a free digital copy of Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag, a wireless controller with a free chat headset, an HDMI cable with the power supply for just $329. There is also a Kinect option, but that is a little harder to find online, and costs a bit more.
If you are shopping for a PS4, then you have a few more options to consider. There is the newly announced GTA V PS4 bundle for $399, which contains a black PlayStation 4 System 500 GB, a black DualShock 4 Wireless Controller, the AC Power Cord, an HDMI Cable, a Mono Headset, a USB 2.0 Cable, and a digital copy of Grand Theft Auto V and a The Last of Us: Remastered.
You can also transfer your existing Grand Theft Auto Online characters and progress, from PS3 or Xbox 360 to the PlayStation 4 version. Sony has stated that returning players to Grand Theft Auto V get exclusive vehicles, weapons, collectibles and more.
There is also the LEGO Batman Bundle for the PS4, which comes with all of the hardware found in the GTA V bundle, but the two games included are LEGO Batman 3 in Amaray and a Little Big Planet 3 download voucher.
