CBS cancels The Millers
After a few rocky weeks, CBS has decided not to move forward with another season of Will Arnett’s “The Millers.” The show is currently in season two of its now doomed run, having only aired a handful of episodes in it’s second run.
Fans will get to see a new episode planned for November 17, but after that it’s unclear if CBS will air any other new episodes. The show tried to piggyback off Monday’s hit series “Two Broke Girls,” but it stopped short of acquiring any ratings gain that might have saved the show. The series had a great cast including Arnett, Margo Martindale and Beau Bridges. Sean Hayes was added to the cast after his series was cancelled.
The show is even produced by CBS Television Studios, time-slot will most likely be filled the hit series “Mike and Molly” or CBS may fill the slot with re-runs until the “The Odd Couple,” replaces it full-time. More information on schedule changes and other details will be released over the next few weeks.
