Jill Miller rolls into number one with first Roll Model guide

Jill Miller is the creator of The Roll Model Method, a new technique aimed at improving mobility, managing pain and building a better you. This week Miller published her first book, and it is doing better than almost anyone could have imagined.

The new fitness title debuted at number one on Amazon this week in four categories (Exercise and Fitness, Healing, Pain Management, and Injury Rehabilitation) and Miller couldn’t be more excited that readers are engaging her rolling techniques.
