Barbra Streisand will make rare Tonight Show appearance

NBC has announced that “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” has booked the wonderful Barbra Streisand for its show on Monday, September 15 (11:35pm ET on NBC) for a night of talk, comedy and performance to celebrate the upcoming release of her new album “Partners.”

The visit will mark Streisand’s first U.S. late-night talk show guest appearance in over 50 years. Streisand will be the only featured guest on Monday’s show.

Streisand’s album “Partners” is set to be released by Columbia Records on September 16. The project features 12 new duets with world renowned male vocalists including Andrea Bocelli, Michael Bublé, Kenneth ‘Babyface’ Edmonds, Jason Gould, Josh Groban, Billy Joel, John Legend, John Mayer, Lionel Richie, Blake Shelton, Stevie Wonder and an one-of-a-kind virtual duet with Elvis Presley.
