After an amazing summer Demi Lovato has deserved time to kick-her feet up, and she will be doing so wearing Skechers thanks to a new ad-campaign set to begin this fall.
The multi-platinum selling recording artist is now the new face of SKECHERS and the footwear brand has released a preview of her global campaign for the brand. The new ads will start appearing in Holiday 2014, in print, broadcast and with a digital campaign that will emphasize Lovato’s edgy style and individuality.
Lovato talked about her partnership with Skechers, and her connection to the brand stating, “Everyone is unique and Skechers embodies that. Their Skechers Memory Foam shoes conform to YOU, so it’s a customized fit. I think everyone should celebrate their individuality and I’m happy to collaborate with Skechers in promoting this message.”
“My style philosophy is to stay true to who I am. To be my own unique self,” Demi explained. “That is when I am happiest. When I’m on stage it is probably edgy heels or boots and a leather jacket – as fun and crazy as I feel at that moment. And when I am not on stage, chances are I am comfortable in a T-shirt and my Skechers.”
Lovato is currently on a World Tour in support of her latest album Demi, visiting cities throughout the U.S., Canada, UK and Europe.
