Kate Upton, Jennifer Lawrence and other nude pics reportedly stolen from iCloud
There is quite a commotion going on about internet security taking place social-media and online gossip-columns this evening, that’s because an apparent massive-leak has unveiled naked pictures of some of Hollywood’s most prominent ladies.
According to initial reports dozens of celebrity images, tied to Jennifer Lawrence, Kate Upton and other high-profile celebrities are being shared across the internet and Twitter as of earlier today (Sunday).
The initial reports came from the social-sharing site 4Chan, where a few users began posting the pictures throughout the day, the users are claiming that the images were captured from hacked accounts, all from iCloud connected devices. Other celebs include Victoria Justice, Emily Browning, Kate Bosworth, and Jenny McCarthy.
Jennifer Lawrence’s team issued the following statement about the matter, “This is a flagrant violation of privacy. The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence.”
Victoria Justice wrote via Twitter: “These so called nudes of me are FAKE people. Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*”
Apple has not responded to the implied hack, but more information will be released as the story progresses.
